Remove unused markers if a Tactician Card is taken back #232

Module V5.1.0a303 Vassal V3.7.14

If a Tactician Card action is deployed by manually applied markers, those markers could be deleted if the same is taken back. Noting, that take back of simple, Automatically applied, combat cards is supported already (but not First Strike cards, where only Vassal UnDo is possible).

Non-combat cards and the Artillery Combat Bonus card are not undone by a card take-back at current release.

Fix in a303. Applied also to ACB action (restored feature removed by #231 fix. Also to Short Supply, both TC & Command Card variants. Once a Tactician card is applied to a piece, excepting dice-affecting cards prior to die roll, the action can only be reversed by a Vassal undo.
