Convert Player Aids & card play widgets to use Vassal's Invisible trait, allowing several custom traits to be removed.

Implemented in beta4. Some use of custom method retained for control over actions that the Invisibility trait doesn't mask. Applies to all card play widgets that may appear on the main board. Rolled out to card command dice rolling widget to prevent other player from rolling the dice (which would cause other issues). Invisibility not applied for Solitaire actions.
