Module V5.1.0beta4 Vassal V3.7.14

Click-to-play a card will auto-discard in offline mode, even in an opposed game. This feature is useful for Solitaire by not desirable for PBEM. The issue occurs because both situations are tracked simiply with the "offline" flag. Any fix needs to allow both PBEM sides to click / discrad once a card is on the table.

A separate check was required for Solitaire discard-on-play in Card Basics p/type. Fix in a501.
