Offline indicator needs to be more prominent #283

Module V5.1.0beta7 Vassal V3.7.14

Offline mode is indicated by a blue edging around active side flag in the Combat Assist side bar. It needs to be a permanent feature.

Fix in a816. "Your side" indicator, normally yellow edging around player side Icon, will now be light blue when offline mode is active.
