Base deck Scout Left plays as Recon in Force and generates a spurious bad section icon #322

Module V5.1.0beta8 Vassal V3.7.15 Scenario 101 Bailén - 19 July 1808

Observed in game when a Guerilla Action counter was played. Analysis shows activeCard and activeSection became incorrect after previous turn terminated by a Guerilla Action.

One base deck Recon in Force card was mis-configured as a Scout Left (though still named correctly - hence apparent activeCard and activeSection errors - image and automation were incorrect). Present since v5.1.0beta1.
