Update backend logs styling to look like OpenGB CLI

Motivation

Scanning logs is really important. logfmt makes this easier, but colors & bolding is best.

Impl

• Replace CSS timestamps with using native ts already in the logs
• See color style here: https://github.com/rivet-gg/opengb/blob/a8868a9acf2a01880237d61063c6d34482296a7c/packages/runtime/src/logger.ts#L63
• The code should be selectable & copyable
• Maybe: add a subtle highlight when you hover on a line like Grafana
