Created a draft of the example documentation with visualization. #147

The image sizes might be a little big.

I have added another example with the rst file named example2.rst Many of the introduction concepts are repeated, it needs some cutting down.

Although I like the examples that were added to the RIVET documentation in this pull request, RIVET has just received major updates to its input handling and documentation, which makes these examples out of date. Perhaps in the future we will bring these examples back in a different format. I appreciate the work that went into this pull request!
