This is an error that is different than the other issues with the file manager I've reported.

When I load neptune.txt, available here, the following errors occur (in addition to others mentioned elsewhere):

-The message is not updated

-The selectors for number of bins and homology dimension are greyed out

Nevertheless, it possible to start the computation.
