This is simple but somewhat important:
By default, the RIVET uses no bins.
Many users will try this option and end up with a computation that doesn't finish.
As suggested by R. Budney, a default of 10x10 bins may be better for the GUI.
Also, it would be better if by default, the "fit to window" button in the GUI was selected.
