Add option to get input from url #359

For some projects it is usefull to start with the data from that particular project, so add possibility to give input in url. NOTE the data should be available in the cache database, so for now only known users can use this option

Error, now only the almere data is shown, or the data chosen with the url. Because of the observe. Let's see if we can trigger this one only by start up.

If no time is given, take today - 1 month. This can work with #361
