[docs] example dashboard #23

Added example dashboard and tested that import works. For some reason, grafana.com occasionally throws 404's when trying to access the link, but importing based on dashboard Id seems to work rigorously

resolves #24

Update 404's stopped occurring, either a temporary service degradation on grafana's side or normal SLA. Either way, looks good now
