Implement shuffle for targets #12

User should have the possibility to shuffle targeted ports and hosts in case they were sorted. This is to circumvent some of the detection mechanisms.

Had to implement it anyway as a default due to the need of more even distribution between workers (done in 6e3ac0c4eb4e4b10bb5e415bad7e6659d34fc106)
