Spring cleaning #28

Chores:

[x] Upgrade dependencies
[x] Delete stale branches
[x] Remove Google analytics
[x] Enable Webpack 5?

Features:

[ ] Consider testing out Panelbear for privacy friendly analytics (but also just for fun).
[ ] Show result of intermediate steps.
[ ] Consider using screens to avoid scroll issues as per https://github.com/rix1/46brew/issues/20
[x] Add inputmode="numeric" to inputs.

I realised that the PWA/offline functionality doesn't work on Safari, so I'm considering removing that whole capability as well... 🤔 Like, I added this while I was on a poor network in South Africa, but now I'm on fiber and I don't feel like I need it?

Giving it some thought (and remembering how much I struggled on adding PWA support), I'm going to take a stab updating the implementation and fixing offline support for Safari. Who knows, maybe I can take a stab at notifications again?

Maybe I should replace next-offline with next-pwa... 🤔
