The initial goal of this PR was to remove the Christmas-edition banner and upgrade dependencies. However, one thing lead to another and soon I was rewriting/cleaning up a lot of different parts. Here's a summary:

• Rewrite render-prop based components to use a combination of Context and Hooks. Components affected: Timer and BrewTracker
• Do UI improvements to reduce jankyness on mobile.
• Fix focus handling between steps. Next step is now focused after completing the previous step.
• Replaced Emotion with NextJS's built in Styled JSX.
