Disambiguate COUNT/GROUP/DISTINCT when used with sequences #1432

Have a specific lifespan to mean no actual state, so that we can still use, say, GROUP, with an immediate vector of values?

When unspecified, lifespan might be set to "Immediate" whenever the argument is a sequence, meaning it can be done only after typing, which is doable since typing does not depend on lifespan.
