No settings visible for Siphon installed from Cydia #113

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Siphon from Cydia
2. Press the Home button, go to Settings
3. Siphon isn't there.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Settings for Siphon should appear in the Settings application list.  It
doesn't.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Siphon 2.0.1, iPhone 3G, firmware 2.2 JB

Please provide any additional information below.
It works fine when installed manually via iTunes.
