rfc 2833 isn't working #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Called a conference bridge that supports rfc2833

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Was not able to enter access code. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Siphon beta 7, iphone 3G firmware 2.1 over wifi

Please provide any additional information below.
