Username with @ not recognized #91

Trying to put in credentials for onsip.com - which is provided as:

Address of Record:   user@family.onsip.com
SIP Password:   dvnsodivnsd
Auth Username:  auth_user
Username:    user
Proxy/Domain:   family.onsip.com

For SIPHON, it would be:

  Username:   user:auth_user@family.onsip.com
  Password:   dvnsodivnsd
  Server:   sip.onsip.com

The problem is that when I put in this username format with the @, it says that 
the credentials 
are invalid and to go into settings. It is accepting : and _ with no problem.

Any thoughts?
