tracking start/stop when the charger is connected #362

I wonder if it would be possible to get an enhancement that will start tracking 
when the charger is connected i.e. Phone is sitting in car cradle and ignition 
is switched on, thereby starting charging on the phone and vice versa, stops 
tracking and closes the track file when the charging stops?

A bit like car docking, but then just with the charging.
