Implement alternative data sourcing

Find and retrieve sentiment and content from a variety of alternative data sources, including:

• news articles
• social media threads
• court rulings

Then parse to json and integrate with the rest of the training data. Eventually, integrate at all levels of the model hierarchy

• [ ] Retrieve and process data (Probably are gonna need to train an LLM)
• [ ] Connect with (ticker) training pipeline as usual
