Authorization via twitter problem #139

I am configurate all like in Step by Step Guide for twitter. But every time 
then I am trying to login with twitter I getting error

org.brickred.socialauth.exception.SocialAuthException: Failed to retrieve the 
user profile from  
http://api.twitter.com/1.1/users/show.json?screen_name=JULI_Incognito. Status 
:403

Consumer key and consumer secret are correct. Access level - Read and write.

How I can fix it?

Sorry for delay. Since code.google.com is not allowing us to upload new jars we
