Convert icon font to inline SVG #1

Icon fonts have compatibility issues and increase page load. Converting coinicon to SVG would result in higher quality icons and support.

@JulianNorton Thanks for the information. I did considered making coinicon svg icon. I don't think icon fonts have compatibility issues, it's just a regular web font.

I'll keep this open and see if people vote this up :)
