forwardmessages not working well #2

forwardmessages is not working well, it only works sometimes, while sendtext works perfect.

This one? Is there some kind of patterns when it failed? It's works fine on my test, but that's maybe because I don't have a heavy loaded bot.

It looks If the conversation is not "active" doesnt work:

I mean, If I execute a command in conversation A to forward my message to conversation B it doesnt work, But If I do it to forward to conversation A it does work
