When I tried to type HELP, instead of help, the program does not recognize the command. The user guide did not mention any details about the commands being case-sensitive and users may be confused as to why their commands failed.

Team's Response

The command format is already written in the UG. Furthermore, a warning with 'Use "help" to show the list of possible commands.' is given directly below. It should be clear enough to the user that the proper format is 'help'.
