Entering empty description causes amount to be recognized as both amount and description for `add_ex`

The documentation mentioned that description must be non-empty, however specifying an empty description causes the a/ flag and its value to be recognized as both the amount and description.

When description is left empty. 'a/0.05' is wrongly made description.

When description is left empty. 'a/0.05' is wrongly made description without any error message that description was left blank. Could end up with a user not knowing that their entry was invalid.
