The t/07_calc_basic.t test may pass or fail, see here for some examples: http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Box-Calc%201.0001;os=linux;perl=5.20.0;reports=1 On my system it happens that it always passes for perls < 5.18, and has random results for perls >= 5.18, so maybe it's due to the hash randomization introduced in perl 5.18?
