All debug IO modes in NewfileDialog are currently hidden due to debugging being unsupported.

Describe the solution you'd like

Remove the code hiding debug IO modes
Consider if using the debug modes requires any additional UI, maybe reusing existing UI like dialog for waiting for GDB network connection
Test if it actually works. There might be some problems due to Cutter trying to analyze file over debug interface.

I have already started work on this, had some weird behavior that required workarounds though. Will unstash and try again this week.

Also, ref #1886
