Replacing visual c++ redistributed binary makes Cutter faster in some cases

• Cutter version: 2.0.5
• Obtained from: cutter.re

  • [x] Downloaded release from Cutter website or GitHub
  • [ ] Distribution repository
• File format: zip Describe the bug This is very sad to inform that yesterday I tried whole day to open a binary file with cutter and it's less than 2megabyte in size still cutter can't handle and everytime showing not responding and stucks at initialisation stage for 5-10 minutes and then not responding

But when I put redistributed visual c++ 2015-2022 .exe file inside cutter folder and removed the 2017 redistribution which cames already in zip when download from cutter.re as you can see below it's run very smooth and worked 🌚

So actually cutter comes as 2017 redistributed release of c++ in zip files and that's stable but for some of binaries it is makes cutter laggy and even sometimes it gives program not responding after running for 10-15 minutes

Expected behavior

But when i replaced visual c++ redistrution with latest which is actually microsofts great redistribution which check itself when what redistribution to be installed named Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable

The binary is of a simple application with signature key check inside it.

I'm on windows 10 home edition
