Confusing File modified dialog #5311

This dialog seems to still confuse my colleagues a lot when I introduce Notepad3:

Can the "Cancel" button be renamed to "Ignore" Can the "Continue" button be renamed to "Monitor" or "Tail"

Can the text then change to:

Ignore - Ignore further changes Reload - Reload file Monitor - Switch to file monitoring (or better "Auto reload" ?)

(or last line: Tail - Switch to file tailing(or better "Auto reload" ?)

Monitor makes sense.

Also why the huge dialog box? Please use the NP2 dialog's size.
