Added an example to the usage of bear.

It was a little bit unclear for me in the beginning how to use bear. Having a little example would've helped me pretty much!

Sorry @TornaxO7 , but I don't think users need this level of detail. At least not in the README file I'm sure. Will put your example into the wiki usage page instead.
