What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Settings > Screen preferences > Desktop overshoot
2. Set to something low (e.g. 10) to see clearer
3. Scroll to far left screen
4. Perform a SLOW drag right across the screen -->
5. Observe the "10" overshoot because of no screens left
6. Perform a FAST drag right across the screen ------->
7. Observe a much larger overshoot depending on speed of swipe
Also:
8. Set overshoot to 0
9. Set Desktop scrolling speed to something large (e.g. 2000) to see clearer
10. Scroll to SECOND to farthest left desktop (1 away from farthest left)
11. Swipe to farthest left desktop and then immediately try swiping again while
the scrolling animation is still going
12. Observe an overshoot even though there should be none.
Looks like I'm fooling the overshoot calculation by swiping too fast. Is it
constantly checking for overshoot in a loop or something? Just a little glitch
that bugs me but probably doesn't bug many other people. Can you fool it on a
Nexus One? An EVO?
