Faster scrolling in new Dockbar #145

Not related to issue 12,

I love the new Dockbar and it's implementation.  Sharing a few similarities to 
Home++'s Power Strip, I believe this implementation is superior if only for 
allowing customization.  The swipe gesture to show/hide is brilliant imo 
(autohide too), and the mirrored effect of colored icons is awesome versus the 
provided white icons in HPP.

One thing I prefer about the HPP Power Strip is it's scrolling.  The scrolling 
is free moving like the app drawer, move it and it keeps on going.  The new 
Dockbar sticks to your finger and feels more like home screen scrolling, very 
labored.  If it has anything to do with ADW remembering where it was after app 
launch, I could easily do without, as I'd prefer it to return to home at far 
left.  Actually, that sounds like a good option too. 8)

Can the Dockbar scrolling be changed to scroll freely?

I do agree with this. the scralling would be cool if it was like in homescreen 
edit mode

I agree that this would be the desirable functionality. It is what I expected 
to happen.

I think that the solution is to change snapScroll in the MiniLauncher class.

telekenetix, do you think you could reverse engineer home++'s scroll? Perhaps 
you could examine the scrolling used in the app drawer. I don't know if Google 
has exactly made that available?

Maybe anderweb could help point in the right direction for a fellow DIYer.

I haven't used Home++. I also am not very familiar with programming Android. I 
messed around with the source of ADW.Launcher a bit and couldn't quite figure 
out a nice solution. Hopefully, I have pointed anderweb in the right 
direction...

This is much better than it was, but still not where I'm hoping you can take it.

It's not difficult to scroll as it was before.  I'd just like to be able to 
flick it and have it keep going like the default app drawer... You know, like 
that wheel on The Price Is Right. ;)

Maybe if it would require just setting a parameter higher, then it could be 
made adjustable?
