Themes doesn't change the status bar #209

I have a X10 xperia mini, I tried several themes and none of them change the 
status bar. I don't know if it is a theme or launcher problem.

In order to change status bar you need root.

I'm running CM6.1 with ADW 1.2.0 on a rooted+s-off'd HTC Desire and I have this 
very same issue. I tried resetting the settings, but that didn't help. The 
theme I tried to use is the DarkEdge theme (I tried many variations of it).
