ADW Donut #80

Type a detailed description about your request
I have the lastest ADW Donut version 1.1.4 Standalone Donut. In Screen 
Prefrences settings, I do not see any option to ADD SCREENS. It has the default 
5 screens only. I would like to get the 7 screens as it was in previous 
version. Could you please fix it.

Attach mock-ups/screenshots if you can.

Please provide any additional information below.
