I would like to request adding the ability to change the aspect of the crop 
tool for wallpapers to a vertical aspect when the option for scrollable 
wallpaper is disabled. 

Some time ago I used the GDE launcher and this option was available if 
scrolling wallpaper was disabled and the phone was restarted. After the restart 
any time you would go to set a wallpaper the crop tool was changed to a 
vertical aspect to work better with non-scrolling wallpaper.  

Attach mock-ups/screenshots if you can.
