Google 'Ek Mukta' Hindi fonts Chrome Browser Issue #104

Hi,

Google 'Ek Mukta' Hindi fonts are ok in Google Chrome Canary browser but on the 
normal Chrome 36.0.1985.125 on Windows 7 for the past two days we see normal 
font looks bolded. 

We have attached the screenshot of the URL

Hi, For fixing this problem currently we have reduced the paragraph font-size 
from 1.9em to 1.7em.

Ek Muka is not a part of the Noto project. CC-ing Dave Crossland who should 
know where to file bugs instead.
