Cannot use Noto Sans CJK in Adobe Premier (Adobe CS6) on Windows 8.1

In the attached screenshot,  three Korean fonts are used :

The 1st line (Seoul font(?)): "구글 서울 폰트 글꼴 폰트"
The 2nd line (Nanum Barun Gothic) : "구글 나눔바른 고딕 글꼴 폰트"
The 3rd line (Noto Sans Korean) : "구글 Noto sans 글꼴 폰트"

Expected: The 3rd line should read '구글 Noto sans 글꼴 폰트", but the 
Hangul portion of the 3rd line is garbled. 

OS: WIndows 8.1
Adobe CS6 Master Collection was used. Other apps in CS6 suit works just fine. 
It's only Premier that has this problem.

This is a known issue in Adobe Premiere CS6 that affects all platforms whereby 
it does not respect the selected font's built-in 'cmap' table, which affects 
all Adobe-Identity-0 ROS CID-keyed OpenType/CFF fonts, such as Kazuraki, and 
also Noto Sans CJK and Source Han Sans. This has been fixed in Adobe Premiere 
CC 2014, and the fix was likely made in Adobe Premiere CC, which is the version 
immediately after CS6.

Here's a screenshot showing that these fonts work in Adobe Premiere CC.
