Please combine all the fonts into one font #156

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install just Noto Sans, for example

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All language will be supported by default (not just latin text).
I see tofu instead (for example, when opening Javanese page)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7

It is a need of hour that all languages fonts to be kept in one place so that 
person can choose his own and will have a great use.
