wrong height in Libreoffice / Linux GTK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. write CJK text with Noto Sans CJK in LibreOffice on Linux

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

- height is too big

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

- See the screenshot. Only Noto Sans CJK fonts (CJK KR, CJK SC) seem to have 
invalid heights. Other (Seoul Hangang, Nanum Gothic TTF) CJK fonts look OK.
- No idea in LibreOffice on other platforms
