your thai san serif is not sanserif #180

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. there is serrif in all alphabet of thai sanserif

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
need real sanserif instead serrif font

Please provide any additional information below.
this is san serif of thai

Thanks for the report.

We were not intending a completely sans-serif Thai font, but something that is 
relatively regular and usable with our Noto Sans Latin font.

Still, we will be taking your comment into account for the next phases of Noto.
