SVG flag of other regions on Color Emoji #222

If is possible, please put SVG flag of other regions. I know it can be 
generated easily but I can not do that right now and I think it also makes 
sense to putting them on the repository or if not putting possible as a 
downloadable archive.

Ebrahim,

I like to do that.  The source of region flags is:

  https://github.com/behdad/region-flags

however, the code that "waves" them works on bitmaps.  So for now we are 
missing a way to go for rectangular SVG flags to waved SVG flags.  One way to 
approach that problem is to do it in high-res bitmap and trace the results back 
to SVG.  Another is to try to transform the outlines.

One or the other needs to be done.  So far, we don't have those.
