Could I use the Noto Sans Font for Global commercial?

I have a question about Fonts.
Since I don't know where I should ask, I am asking here.

I would like to use the Noto Sans Font for global commercial - Asia country 
'korea, japan, china, hongkong and so on' 

I'am planning to use the font for subscription in the commercial video. 

is it okay if i use the font for commercial? 
is there any license issue? 
I know it is the free font even for commercial, right?

Yes, you are free to use them for commercial purposes.
