redundant dots and diacritics visible #262

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. type ج + ِ + س + ے
2. or type ج + س + ے

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should be جِسے  respectively جسے Unfortunately the dot copies itself 
below the word (becomes double thus); the same with the diacritic "fatha". The 
problem exists in several word processors.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS X 10.10.2

Please provide any additional information below.

What product is this for?  Definitely doesn't happen with HarfBuzz-based 
products in my testing.
