Change language position for Russian in Google Noto Fonts Beautiful and free fonts for all languages #264

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have selected Russia
2. In Russia most of people speack russian language 
3. Please, put russian language at the first line of the box (like english in 
other counries)
4. This box with scroll has a horisontal scroll too, so it is hard to find 
something
5. I use Windows 7 and Google Noto Fonts Beautiful and free fonts for all 
languages
