Add Korean font name like the Adobe version #265

Noto Sans CJK has only English name(s). Please add a Korean name in Hangul, at
least a transliterated one.

When usual Korean users find font names in English Alphabets, they consider
those fonts as non-Korean one. The average Korean people are not good at
reading English and not comfortable with brandings written in English
Alphabets. Noto Sans includes Korean glyphs, but people don't think so because
Noto Sans has only English names.

The Adobe version, Source Han Sans, has its own Korean name ("본고딕").

Because the Source Han Sans and Noto Sans CJK fonts differ *only* by their
names (I know, because I built all of the fonts, starting from raw glyph data
to end up with installable font resources), one obvious solution is to simply
use the corresponding Source Han Sans fonts, which include localized font names
in their 'name' tables.

Noto fonts have only a name in the Latin script - "Noto".

If you prefer to have a localized name, please take my suggestion more
seriously. Other than the names, Source Han Sans and Noto Sans CJK are 100%
identical.
