could not install All-in-one CJK super OTC font in windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.double click "NotoSansCJK.ttc" file to install, but shown up a dialogue box 
for error (pls see the attached file "error.jpg")

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should be open the windows install fonts application and show the font 
preview and have a install button.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the file version shown "1.001;hotconv 1.0.78;makeotf.lib2.5.6.1930" (pls see 
the attached file "fileinfo.jpg"
and my system is windows 7 traditional Chinese (pls see the attached file of 
"systeminfo.jpg")

Please provide any additional information below.

Windows OS does not (yet) support CFF-based collections. The following CJK Type 
Blog article, which applies to the Noto Sans CJK fonts, may help:
