NotoSansCJK-{Light,Medium,Regular}.otf are not visible in Windows font control panel #60

A user report: 

Install the following files on Windows

NotoSansCJK-Black.otf
NotoSansCJK-Bold.otf
NotoSansCJK-DemiLight.otf
NotoSansCJK-Light.otf
NotoSansCJK-Medium.otf
NotoSansCJK-Regular.otf
NotoSansCJK-Thin-Windows.otf

Windows-font control panel does not recognize Medium, Light and Regular. 
(Windows 7)

Interestingly, the corresponding Adobe-branded fonts do not have this issue.

Noto family of fonts may have triggered an issue with Windows font cache. The 
user who reported this bug resolved this issue by by removing a few Noto fonts 
and rebooting Windows.
