I want Noto for Android #68

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Not going to report a problem
2. Can we have an apk of the new font?
3. Is it possible make font changing as a default in Android system?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
APK for Android

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current version Chrome browser in OS X.

Please provide any additional information below.
Hope there's an option font changing in Android Settings.

Unfortunately, Android doesn't support changing fonts by installing APKs, or 
through settings yet. There are instructions around the web about how to change 
the system fonts on an Android device, bit they would require rooting the 
device.

Fortunately, Android is already using several Noto fonts.
