Word for Mac 2011 doesn't support it #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install the noto sans simplified chinese font font
2. open word for mac 2011
3. choose this font and type

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
instead of normal layout, i see characters with really large space in between

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
word for mac 2011; on OS X 10.9.4
