My contact stay online with me, but no log #98

I realized the other day while talking to someone that their status was "last seen today at 12:32". In fact, the person stayed online for almost 10 minutes and this information was not registered. At the end of the conversation, I saw the person "online". The person was not talking to me and the log did not register. Is there a way to avoid this kind of problem?

In this context, I received the person's message at 11:37. I answered the person at 12:36, and continued talking until 12:40. The Person read my message at 12:44 and stayed until at least 12:45 sending an audio message.

Ths issue is for only for specific contact(only this) or all contacts please can you confirm?

Hello @rizwansoaib Actually, my intention is to monitor only one of my contacts.

So I just look at this one contact. In my log file, I usually filter by the name of this contact, and then check if it was at a time that it shouldn't be.

@rizwansoaib , Just for updating the problem here. I think I know what was happening in my case with this issue.

I realize the person that was talking to me, maybe was writing by notification bar.

The person was using another app, like youtube or browser for other thing, and not open the whatsapp to talk with me. maybe was this that happening

Yup this may be or use mod whatsapp like GB Whatsapp which hide online freeze online.
